You connect your inventory via Google Sheets (live, always current) or by uploading a CSV file. The bot reads your inventory on every message, so it only ever quotes real cars you have in stock — it will never invent vehicles or prices.
The bot acknowledges the request, gathers the customer's details and preferences, and immediately notifies you so you can follow up with availability. It never pretends to source vehicles or makes things up.
Yes. The bot can calculate adjusted monthly payments based on different down payment amounts. If a customer says "what if I put $5,000 down?" or "can you do $400 a month?", the bot runs the math and quotes updated numbers — always with the standard credit disclaimer.

Pricing & messaging
Phantom Closer is a flat monthly subscription — no per-message fees, no hidden costs. Plans start at $99/mo. Each plan includes a monthly message allowance and all features. Your card is charged after your 14-day free trial ends.
Each reply the bot sends to a customer counts as one message. Customer messages inbound to the bot are free and unlimited. On Starter you get 500 bot replies per month, Pro gives you 2,000, and Enterprise gives you 10,000.
Your bot pauses for the rest of the billing month. You'll be notified before you hit the limit so you can upgrade your plan. Limits reset on the first of each month.
There is a one-time $499 setup fee that covers onboarding, bot configuration, inventory setup, and your dedicated SMS number. During our launch period this fee is waived for new sign-ups.
Yes. Cancel before your trial ends and you won't be charged anything. After that, you can cancel anytime and your bot stays active until the end of the billing period. No long-term contracts.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your client portal. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Setup & configuration
Most dealers are live within 24 hours of signing up. After payment, our team is notified and reaches out to help get your inventory connected and bot configured. You'll receive an email with next steps immediately after checkout.
No. The setup guide in your portal walks through everything step by step. If you get stuck, email us and we'll configure it for you as part of your setup.
We use Sendblue by default, which delivers iMessages (blue bubbles) to iPhone users and falls back to SMS for Android. If you already have a Twilio number, we support that too. We can also provision a dedicated number for you automatically when you sign up.
If you have an existing Sendblue or Twilio number, yes — connect it in your portal settings. If you need a new number, we provision one automatically from your city's area code when you sign up.
Connect a Google Sheet and the bot always reads the latest version — no re-uploading needed. Just update your sheet and the bot reflects it on the next message. Alternatively, re-upload your CSV whenever inventory changes.

Both. Phantom Closer works for anyone selling or leasing vehicles — independent dealers, franchise stores, lease brokers, and fleet operations. The bot adapts to your inventory and workflow.
We currently integrate with Pipedrive. When a customer is qualified, the bot automatically creates a contact and deal with the vehicle they're interested in and their budget. More CRM integrations are on the roadmap.
The bot detects escalation signals and immediately notifies you via text so you can take over the conversation. It won't keep pushing someone who's clearly frustrated.
Yes. Each location or brand gets its own account, inventory, bot number, and configuration. Contact us for multi-location pricing.
Yes — after sending a credit application link, the bot automatically follows up after 2 minutes if the customer hasn't confirmed they submitted it. This alone recovers a significant number of dropped applications.
